The Butler System’s Vacuum Hose Reel is engineered for durability, organization, and efficiency. Designed to simplify hose management and improve workflow, this precision-built reel provides secure storage, easy access, and smooth operation—all while conserving valuable cargo space inside your vehicle.
This feature includes:
- Aluminum Construction: Lightweight yet durable for long-lasting performance.
- Teflon® Bushing Glides: Ensures smooth, effortless rotation with reduced friction.
- Convenient Location: Mounted at the side or rear door for easy access and operation.
- Continuous Live Design: Allows users to remove only the needed hose length while keeping the remainder attached to the reel.
- Generous Storage Capacity: Holds 200 feet of vacuum hose (25 feet of 1-1/2" and 175 feet of 2").
- Adjustable Drag Brake: Provides tension control for consistent extension and rewind.
- Aluminum 2" Hose Barb: Allows quick and secure removal of the vacuum hose from the reel.
- Space-Saving Construction: Designed to maximize floor space inside the vehicle.
- Two Height Options: Available in multiple sizes depending on selected optional equipment.
- Silver Textured Finish: Adds a sleek, professional look with long-lasting durability.

NOTE: Electrically operated Vacuum Hose Reel available (see “Optional Equipment Section”). Vehicle may be equipped with two (2) sets of Vacuum Hose Reels.
