Accessories and Supplies
An optional assortment of parts, equipment, tools, attachments and cleaning products used in association with carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning and flood and fire restoration cleaning. Also referred to as cleaning products and accessories, cleaning supplies and accessories, restoration accessories and supplies, water restoration supplies and accessories, water restoration equipment, and flood restoration equipment.

Carpet Cleaning Equipment
A machine consisting of a series of parts and components designed for carpet cleaning. Also, referred to as a carpet cleaning machine, a truck mount, truckmount, truckmounted cleaning system, portable machine or portable extractor.
Carpet Cleaning Machine
A structure consisting of a framework and various fixed and moving parts and components for the purpose of cleaning carpet. Also, referred to as carpet cleaning equipment or carpet cleaning system.
Carpet Cleaning Products
Cleaning agents, detergents, emulsifiers, deodorizers, etc. used for the purpose of cleaning carpet, upholstery and fabrics. Also referred to as carpet cleaning chemicals, upholstery cleaning products or carpet cleaning supplies.
Carpet Cleaning Supplies
An assortment of parts, tools, attachments and cleaning products used in association with carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning or fire and flood restoration cleaning. Also referred to as cleaning products, cleaning supplies, restoration supplies, water restoration supplies, water restoration equipment, or flood restoration equipment.
Carpet Repair Products
Tools, parts and attachments for use in the installation and repair of carpet. Also, referred to as carpet repair tools, knee kickers, carpet stretchers, seaming tape etc..
Central Building Cleaning Machine
A centrally located cleaning machine consists of a series of parts and components for carpet cleaning, hard surface cleaning, fabric cleaning, water extraction and pressure washing. The system would be powered by an electric motor and permanently affixed in an industrial or commercial structure (building) with several vacuum and water pressure outlets connected to the machine for remote operation. Also, referred to as a building cleaning machine, on location cleaning machine, industrial cleaning machine, inplant machine, central carpet cleaning system, central carpet cleaning machine, car care system or central cleaning system.

Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR)
GCWR is the maximum amount of weight allowable, as established by the manufacturer for the vehicle, trailer, equipment, payload, fuel and occupants.
Gross Payload
Amount of cargo a vehicle is rated to carry including the weight of options, bodies, equipment occupants.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR)
GVWR is the maximum amount of weight allowable, as established by the manufacturer for the vehicle, equipment, payload, fuel and occupants.

Hard Surface Cleaning Equipment
A machine consisting of a series of parts and components specifically designed for cleaning hard surfaces, such as tile, marble, stone, cement, and vinyl flooring etc. Also, referred to as hard surface cleaning machine, tile cleaning equipment, tile cleaning system or pressure washer.

Industrial Central Vacuum, System
A machine consisting of a series of parts and components designed for vacuuming, carpet cleaning, hard surface cleaning or pressure washing. The system would be permanently affixed in an industrial or commercial structure (building) with several vacuum and water pressure outlets connected to the machine for remote operation. Also, referred to as a central vacuum system, central carpet cleaning system, commercial central vacuum system, car care vacuum system, or central cleaning system.

Amount of cargo a vehicle is rated to carry less weight of options, bodies, equipment and occupants.

On Location Cleaning Machine
An on location cleaning machine consists of a series of parts and components designed for carpet cleaning, hard surface cleaning, fabric cleaning, water extraction and pressure washing. The system would be powered by an electric motor and permanently affixed in an industrial or commercial structure (building) with several vacuum and water pressure outlets connected to the machine for remote operation. Also, referred to as a building cleaning machine, industrial cleaning machine or inplant machine.

Payload
Maximum allowable weight of cargo to be carried in a vehicle, including occupants. Computed by subtracting curb weight from GVWR.
Purchase and Sales Agreement
The Purchase and Sales Agreement for Parts, Components and Supplies and the Purchase and Sale Agreement for The Butler System. Which contain essential sale terms and conditions.
Pre-Owned Truckmount
A used carpet cleaning machine or used carpet cleaning system installed or mounted into a van, cube van or truck. Used truckmounts are available as a power take off (PTO) or as a slide-in machine that is powered by an engine or electricity. Also, referred to as used truckmounted carpet cleaning equipment, pre-owned carpet cleaning equipment, or pre-owned truckmount.
Pressure Washer
A machine consisting of a series of parts and components designed for pressure washing with water. Pressure washing machines are available as a power take off (PTO) or powered by an engine or electricity. Also, referred to as a pressure washing system, commercial pressure washer, residential pressure washer, heated pressure washer.
Procedure
A sequence of instructions that must be followed from beginning to end.

Repair
Material and/or labor required to have a part or component perform as it was originally intended.
Restoration Products
An optional assortment of air movers, drying equipment, dehumidifiers, parts, equipment, tools, instruments, attachments, antimicrobials, sanitizers and cleaning products etc., used in association with flood and fire restoration cleaning, water restoration, smoke damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation and crime scene clean up restoration.

Components used with the Butler System or optional equipment to be used as an attachment with most truck mount machines, carpet cleaning machines or portable extraction machines for the purpose of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning, flood and fire restoration cleaning, water restoration, smoke damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and crime scene clean up restoration etc.
Truckmount - Truck Mount
